How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand upright, with the arm along the body, holding a resistance band anchored under the foot. Start with the elbow extended or slightly flexed, then slowly bend the elbow bringing the hand towards the shoulder against the resistance of the band. Gently return to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the arm stable along the body without moving the shoulder. Control the upward and downward movements to maximize effectiveness and prevent jerks.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
