How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place your forearm on a stable surface with the hand in a neutral position. Activate the electrostimulation, then slowly contract the hand by squeezing against light resistance from the opposite hand, controlling the movement of the wrist, thumb, or fingers according to the indicated axis. Return gently to the starting position without moving the elbow or shoulder.

Tips: Keep the forearm immobile and focus on a precise, controlled movement. Do not force beyond your comfortable range.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance or the number of repetitions as the movement becomes easier.
