How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Place your forearm on a stable surface with your hand in a neutral position. Using the opposite hand, apply gentle resistance on the fingers while slowly extending them, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the wrist stable and avoid moving the elbow or shoulder to target only the finger extensor muscles. Control the movement to prevent jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase the resistance applied by the opposite hand or use a resistance band when the exercise becomes easy.
