How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Hold the FlexBar with the affected hand, wrist and fingers in a neutral position. Slowly perform a flexion or extension movement of the wrist and fingers, controlling the movement well, without moving the elbow or shoulder. Gently return to the starting position while maintaining control.

Tips: Keep the forearm stable and focus on a precise and slow movement to maximize strengthening. Do not force beyond your comfortable range.

Progression: Gradually increase resistance by bending the FlexBar more or increasing the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
