How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Seated or standing, keep the forearm flexed at 90 degrees, wrist in a neutral position. With the other hand, apply gentle resistance on the back of the hand while slowly extending the wrist backward. Gently return to the starting position without moving the elbow or shoulder.

Tips: Keep the forearm stable and avoid compensating with the elbow or shoulder. Control the movement well to effectively strengthen the wrist extensor muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase manual resistance or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
