How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per side

Description: Place one foot forward in a lunge position, with the front knee bent at approximately 90 degrees and the back leg extended. Keep the pelvis stable and tilt it slightly forward to feel a stretch at the front of the back hip. Maintain the position without arching the back.

Tips: Ensure to keep the back straight and the pelvis well aligned to avoid compensation. Breathe deeply and relax during the stretch.

Progression: Gradually increase the hold time up to 45 seconds as the stretch becomes comfortable.
