How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Get on all fours, knees and hips bent at 90 degrees, back straight. Slowly rotate the hip by bringing the foot inward, without moving the pelvis or trunk. Return to the neutral position and repeat the movement in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep the back stable and avoid compensating with the trunk. Perform the movement slowly to effectively mobilize the hip.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or hold the final rotation position for a few seconds to enhance mobility.
