How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Standing position, keep your pelvis stable and your lower limb aligned. Slowly lift your leg to the side performing an abduction, then bring it back to the starting position while controlling the movement and keeping the knee aligned. Repeat the movement alternating sides.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis. Control the lifting and lowering of the leg to work on mobility without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or the height of the lifted leg as the movement becomes easier.
