How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Standing, maintain stability and place one hand on the opposite belt to dissociate the upper body from the lower body. Slowly perform a trunk rotation while keeping the hip stable, then return to the initial position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and engage your abdominal muscles to control the movement properly. Do not let the hip move during the rotation of the upper body.

Progression: Increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance with an elastic band when the movement becomes easy.
