How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per side

Description: Stand upright, supporting yourself on one leg, then slowly lift the other leg to the side while keeping the trunk straight. Control the movement until reaching a comfortable maximum range, then gently lower the leg back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid tilting the pelvis. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the hip without forcing.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add light resistance with a resistance band when the movement becomes easy.
