Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Place a resistance band around your foot and hold the other end with the opposite hand. Keep the knee aligned with the foot and the pelvis stable, then perform a flexion followed by an extension of the knee, controlling the load transfer on the leg. Ensure the alignment between the hip, knee, and ankle is maintained throughout the exercise.

Tips: Contract the muscles around the knee to stabilize the joint. Keep the back straight and avoid letting the knee go beyond the toes.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
