Description: Stand on both feet, then perform a controlled knee bend by slowly flexing the knees to absorb the impact of a landing. Keep your back straight and knees aligned with your feet throughout the movement.

Tips: Focus on a slow and controlled movement to improve knee motor control. Do not let your knees collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the depth of the bend or the speed of the movement as you feel comfortable and pain-free.
