How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 20 seconds per set

Rest: 40 seconds between sets

Description: Stand upright with feet together, then perform small jumps forward and backward while keeping both feet on the ground simultaneously. Control the movement to avoid imbalance and land softly to protect your knees.

Tips: Keep your trunk upright and knees slightly bent upon landing to absorb shock. Focus on a smooth and controlled movement rather than speed.

Progression: Gradually increase the jumping duration up to 30 seconds, then reduce rest time to 30 seconds when comfortable.
