Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand in front of a series of low hurdles. Jump over each hurdle while maintaining control of the movement, keeping the knees slightly bent upon landing to absorb the shock.

Tips: Focus on a soft and stable landing, avoiding letting your knees collapse inward. Keep your gaze straight ahead to better control your balance.

Progression: Once you master the movement, slightly increase the height of the hurdles or the speed of the jumps while maintaining good control.
