How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per leg

Tempo: 3 seconds descending, 1 second at the bottom, 2 seconds ascending

Description: Hold the handles of the TRX to balance on one leg. Slowly descend into a deep squat while keeping your back straight and your knee aligned with your foot, then rise back up controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your core engaged and avoid letting the knee go too far past the toes. Use the TRX to maintain your balance without over-relying on it.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or slow down the tempo to further strengthen the knee.
