How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 6

Rest: 60 seconds between each set

Description: Step onto a stable platform, then drop down and immediately jump upon touching the ground, propelling yourself upward with an explosive jump. Keep your knees slightly bent upon landing to absorb impact and prevent injuries.

Tips: Focus on a soft, controlled landing, keeping your core engaged and knees aligned with your feet. Do not let your knees collapse inward.

Progression: Gradually increase the height of the platform or the number of repetitions as you master the technique and the exercise becomes easier.
