How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your back, feet on sliders or sliding towels, legs semi-flexed and pelvis slightly elevated. Slowly slide your heels toward your buttocks by bending the knees while keeping the pelvis elevated, then gently return to the initial position with legs extended.

Tips: Keep the pelvis stable and avoid touching the ground during the movement. Control the speed to effectively engage the hamstrings.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a 2-second pause in the flexed position when the exercise becomes too easy.
