How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Rest: 45 seconds

Description: Stand with feet hip-width apart. Jump laterally to one side while maintaining control of the landing, then return to the starting position. Keep the torso stable and knees slightly bent throughout the movement.

Tips: Focus on a soft landing to protect your knees and maintain your balance by contracting the core muscles. Look straight ahead to facilitate postural control.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump distance or the number of repetitions as you feel comfortable and stable.
