How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per side

Description: Hold a stick in front of you, feet shoulder-width apart. Take a lateral step by bending the knee of the stepping leg while keeping the other leg straight, then return to the starting position. Repeat on the other side, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep your back straight and the stick stable in front of you to maintain balance. Ensure that the knee does not go past the toes during the lunge.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a heavier stick as the exercise becomes easier.
