How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Place a ball or roller against the back of your knee. In a seated or lying position, gently press the targeted area against the ball, then perform a slow and controlled knee extension movement by sliding the leg, maintaining pressure. Return to the starting position without releasing the pressure.

Tips: Keep the movement smooth and controlled to effectively engage the muscles. Do not force if you experience pain. Breathe calmly throughout the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the duration of each repetition or add slight resistance as the movement becomes easier.
