Description: Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent, then perform a controlled flexion-extension movement mimicking a sprinter's stride, lifting the knee of the free leg forward and then returning to the initial position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your gaze fixed ahead to maintain balance. Perform the movement slowly and with control to effectively stimulate knee proprioception.

Progression: Gradually increase the speed of the movement while maintaining control and knee stability.
