Repetitions: 10

Description: In standing or sitting position, keep your scapula stable and your trunk upright. Slowly lift your arm forward or to the side depending on the exercise, controlling the scapular movement to avoid compensation. Gently lower back to the starting position.

Tips: Focus on scapular stability throughout the movement and avoid shrugging the shoulder. Keep the trunk engaged to support the exercise.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light weight as the movement becomes easier.
