How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Standing, arm along the body, fix an elastic band under your foot and hold the other end with the hand on the same side. Slowly lift the arm sideways to the indicated angle, with the elbow slightly bent, keeping the scapula stable and the trunk upright. Slowly lower the arm, controlling the movement to work the eccentric phase.

Tips: Keep the trunk upright and avoid shrugging the shoulder. Control the descent well to maximize muscle strengthening.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
