How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Hold a medicine ball with both hands in front of you, arms slightly bent. Perform a lateral touch movement as if you are hitting a football on the side, keeping the torso stable and shoulders engaged. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid excessive torso rotation to effectively target the shoulders. Control the movement to maximize muscle strengthening.

Progression: Increase the weight of the medicine ball or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
