How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Lie on your side, with the upper arm extended along the body, holding a light dumbbell. Slowly lift the arm forward to shoulder height or slightly above, keeping the elbow straight or slightly bent. Gently lower the arm back to the starting position, controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid rotating the body during the movement. Control the upward and downward phases to effectively strengthen the shoulder.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbell or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
