How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Description: Step forward into a lunge position with one foot, knee bent at 90 degrees, and hold an elastic band with the hand opposite to the front leg. Slowly pull the band towards you by bending the elbow, keeping the back straight and shoulders down. Return to the initial position in a controlled manner before repeating.

Tips: Keep the trunk stable and avoid leaning forward. Control the movement well to effectively engage the shoulder.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier.
