How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 letters per set

Description: Stand or sit with your arm extended in front of you, holding a Swiss-ball. Slowly draw letters in the air by moving the ball with your hand, keeping the shoulder stable and the elbow well extended. Ensure the torso remains still to isolate the shoulder movement.

Tips: Focus on slow, controlled movements to strengthen the shoulder muscles. Keep your back straight and avoid any compensatory body movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the size of the letters or the duration of each set as you become comfortable with the movement.
