How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sit on a SwissBall with feet flat on the ground, back straight, and shoulder blades stable. Hold a light dumbbell in each hand, with arms bent at 90 degrees at the elbows, then press the dumbbells upward until your arms are nearly extended, without locking the elbows. Slowly lower back to the starting position while controlling the movement.

Tips: Keep the core engaged to maintain balance on the SwissBall and avoid arching the back. Control both the upward and downward phases to protect your shoulders.

Progression: Gradually increase the weight of the dumbbells or the number of repetitions as the exercise becomes easier, while maintaining proper technique.
