How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Equipment: Resistance band

Description: Hold a resistance band overhead with arms extended. Take a step forward to perform a lunge while keeping the arms straight and the band taut. Return to the initial position in a controlled manner and repeat with the other leg.

Tips: Keep your back straight and shoulders down throughout the movement. Ensure the front knee does not pass the toes to protect the joint. Maintain constant tension on the band for effective shoulder engagement.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
