Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per arm

Equipment: resistance band

Description: Standing, hold a resistance band with the arm in a low diagonal position. Slowly pull the band, bringing the arm into a high diagonal, combining shoulder flexion, abduction, and external rotation, until reaching the opposite final position. Control the scapular movement throughout the exercise.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid compensating with the trunk. Perform the movement slowly to feel the resistance clearly and strengthen the shoulder effectively.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
