How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 circles in each direction

Description: Hold a medicine ball against a wall with the hand on the side of the shoulder to be worked, arm slightly bent. Slowly perform circles with the ball, keeping the arm stable and the movement controlled. Change direction after 12 circles, then rest before the next set.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid moving the trunk to isolate the shoulder. Control the movement well to enhance stability.

Progression: Increase the number of circles per set or use a heavier medicine ball as the exercise becomes easier.
