How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8

Description: Stand in an athletic stance with knees slightly bent and weight on the balls of the feet. Perform a jump while keeping the torso stable and shoulders engaged, then land by absorbing the impact through controlled flexion of the hips, knees, and ankles. Ensure that your knees remain aligned with your feet and that your pelvis is well controlled upon landing.

Tips: Keep your gaze straight ahead to maintain balance, contract the muscles around the shoulder to stabilize the joint, and avoid letting the knees cave inward upon landing.

Progression: Gradually increase the jump height or the speed of execution as you master the technique.
