How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10

Description: Sitting or lying down, place one hand under the sole of the foot to gently assist in pushing the foot downward, towards plantar flexion. Perform the movement in a controlled manner, reaching the maximum range without pain, then slowly return to the starting position.

Tips: Do not force the movement, let the hand guide without pulling abruptly. Keep the calf relaxed to promote ankle mobility.

Progression: Gradually increase the range of motion or the number of repetitions according to your comfort and your therapist's recommendations.
