Listen to the instructions

How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per foot

Description: In a standing or seated position, place your foot in a neutral support position. Slowly and with control, move your big toe (hallux) in the indicated direction, maintaining foot alignment and without moving the ankle. Return to the starting position and repeat.

Tips: Focus on controlling the movement of the big toe without compensating with the rest of the foot or ankle. Keep the foot stable and avoid sudden movements.

Progression: Increase resistance by using an elastic band around the hallux or by increasing the duration of each repetition as the movement becomes easier.
