How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 10 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg, then slowly rise onto the tiptoe by contracting the calf muscle. Lower back down in a controlled manner until the foot is fully on the ground. Repeat the movement for the indicated number of repetitions before switching legs.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your knee slightly bent to target the soleus muscle. Perform the upward and downward movements slowly to maximize effectiveness and prevent jerks.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a light load as the exercise becomes easier.
