How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Standing with knees slightly bent, slowly lift the top of the foot towards the shin by dorsiflexing the ankle (dorsiflexion). Lower gently back to the starting position without losing control.

Tips: Keep the knees stable and avoid lifting the heels off the ground. Perform the movement slowly to effectively engage the muscles of the foot and ankle.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance (elastic band or weight) as the exercise becomes easier.
