How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per foot

Description: Sitting or standing, secure an elastic band around your foot, then slowly pull your foot inward against the resistance of the band. Return gently to the starting position without fully releasing the tension.

Tips: Keep the knee stable and avoid moving the entire leg; focus on the ankle movement. Control the movement well to maximize effectiveness and prevent injuries.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the elastic band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
