How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12 per foot

Description: Sitting, attach a resistance band around your foot and fix the other end to a stable point in front of you. Slowly bring your foot towards you by dorsiflexing the ankle against the resistance of the band, then return to the initial position in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid moving the entire leg; focus on the ankle movement. Control the return phase well to maximize strengthening.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
