How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Stand upright, with your body slightly inclined forward, heels on the ground, and ankles in a neutral position. Slowly rise onto the forefoot, lifting the heels off the ground while keeping the knees bent if they were flexed initially. Lower the heels back down to the ground in a controlled manner.

Tips: Keep your back straight and your body stable during the exercise. Perform the upward and downward movements slowly to maximize the strengthening of the triceps surae.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the exercise becomes easier.
