How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Tempo: slow ascent, controlled descent

Description: Standing with heels on the ground and the body slightly inclined forward, slowly rise onto the tips of the toes while keeping the ankles neutral. If the knees are flexed, maintain this flexion throughout the movement. Slowly descend, controlling the descent until the heels touch the ground.

Tips: Keep the back straight and gaze forward to maintain balance. Focus on a smooth, controlled movement to effectively strengthen the foot and ankle muscles.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add slight resistance as the exercise becomes easier.
