How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Standing with feet aligned, start with heels on the ground and forefoot supporting. Slowly rise onto the tips of the toes by pushing against the ground, keeping the knees straight or slightly bent. Carefully control the hallux (big toe) and the arch in the elevated position, then slowly descend back to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the back straight and avoid leaning forward. Focus on slow, controlled movement to effectively strengthen the foot and ankle.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add a slight load as the movement becomes easier.
