Description: Sitting or lying down, place the electrodes on the lateral fibular muscles of the ankle. Activate the electro-stimulation device to induce a reflex contraction, allowing the muscle to contract and relax with each impulse.

Tips: Stay relaxed during electro-stimulation to ensure a reflexive contraction. Monitor foot position to prevent any compensatory movements.

Progression: Gradually increase the intensity of electro-stimulation according to your tolerance and the therapist's recommendations.
