How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent and the foot well planted. Perform a small jump in place and then land while maintaining balance, using visual feedback to adjust your posture. Hold the stability for a few seconds before repeating.

Tips: Focus on the alignment of the foot, ankle, knee, and pelvis. Keep the arch of the foot active to prevent collapse. Use a mirror or screen to observe and correct your position.

Progression: Gradually increase the height of the jump or the duration of stabilization as you become comfortable.
