How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 per side

Description: Stand on one leg with the knee slightly bent, facing an obstacle. Jump laterally over the obstacle, landing on the same leg, then perform a small lateral rebound before stabilizing your position. Keep the foot well oriented and avoid collapsing the arch.

Tips: Focus on controlling your balance upon landing and maintaining alignment of the foot, ankle, knee, and pelvis. Look straight ahead to aid stability.

Progression: Increase the height or width of the obstacles once you master the movement, or increase the number of repetitions per set.
