How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 30 seconds per leg

Description: Stand on a foam cushion on one leg, with the other leg slightly raised behind you. Keep your arms out to the sides to help maintain balance and fix your gaze on a point in front of you to stabilize your vision.

Tips: Slightly contract the muscles of your standing leg and keep your back straight. If you lose your balance, gently place your foot back on the ground and restart.

Progression: Once you are comfortable, increase the hold duration per leg by 10 seconds or close your eyes to increase the difficulty.
