How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Duration: 45 seconds per leg

Description: Stand on one leg on an Airex cushion to challenge your balance. While maintaining this position, react quickly to the Blazepod lights by touching the sensors passed by the physiotherapist. Keep your torso upright and your gaze fixed ahead.

Tips: Slightly contract the muscles around the ankle to stabilize. Breathe calmly and avoid moving the pelvis. If the exercise becomes too easy, increase the speed of the physiotherapist's passes.

Progression: Increase the duration to 60 seconds per leg or add arm movements to complicate the balance.
