Repetitions: 8 per leg

Description: Stand on one leg and gently destabilize yourself with a partner or an unstable support. Control your balance by returning to a stable position on the same leg without placing the other foot on the ground.

Tips: Keep your gaze fixed in front of you, slightly bend the supporting knee to better absorb imbalances, and engage the muscles around the ankle to stabilize.

Progression: Increase difficulty by reducing stabilization time or receiving stronger or unexpected destabilizations.
