How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 8 rotations per side

Description: Stand on one leg, with the knee slightly bent and the foot firmly on the ground. Slowly turn your head from left to right while maintaining your balance on the supporting leg. Keep the pelvis stable and avoid the arch of the foot collapsing.

Tips: Focus on a fixed point in front of you to facilitate balance. Slightly contract the muscles around the ankle to enhance stability. Perform head rotations in a controlled and smooth manner.

Progression: When the exercise becomes easy, increase the duration of single-leg stance or perform head rotations more slowly to increase difficulty.
