How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Description: Sitting or standing, place a resistance band around your big toe (hallux) and fix the other end to a stable point. Slowly pull your big toe inward against the resistance of the band, then gently return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep the foot flat and avoid moving the ankle or the rest of the foot during the movement. Control the trajectory well to effectively engage the adductor.

Progression: Increase the resistance of the band or the number of repetitions when the exercise becomes too easy.
