How to do the exercise

Sets: 3

Repetitions: 12

Description: Sitting or standing, place your foot flat or in a neutral position. Slowly flex your toes downward (flexion), then extend them upward (extension), controlling the movement well until the maximum range without pain.

Tips: Keep the foot well aligned and avoid moving the ankle to target only the toes. Perform the movement slowly to properly mobilize the joints.

Progression: Gradually increase the number of repetitions or add light resistance with a resistance band when the movement becomes easy.
